We had a rentor, Peter Nakhaychuk dba Tranquil Harbor, that defaulted on his commercial rental payments.  We than hired Neil Jorgenson to file judgement against him which he did and we did get the court judgement case #0603-03363.  The problem began when after  he got the judgement he refused to communicate with us or finish proceeding with the judgement leaving us helpless.  Due to him not reponding or finishing the case we are still owed the $23,049.81
