facts:

Sarah Baldwin Bar #05193, was representing me in a child custody case. Beginning in Feb.
2006, During the course of this, child support modification began in Jan. 2007.  But Sarah
failed to do this correctly.  It is now one  year later and still not completed. 

On one occasion copies were not sent to the division of child support and it has cost me a
total of $99.00 per month for 1 year, also during this she had wrote the order out with a
couple mistakes so the opposing party called Sarah and then she billed me for it and
whenever I question her about mistakes that have been made she acts like she didn't know
what I'm talking about and then bills me for it. 

Several mistakes were made by Sarah.  Her staff and I was charged for them to make corrections.  I have all the copies from
Sarah along with all billing information.  At this point Sarah Baldwin has failed to
provide prompt and professional manner. I am being charged interest on a past due amount on services that should have been taken care of in January 2007.  

I feel that I am entitled to a reimbursement of all fees for corrections that she/staff have created.  I also feel that I am entitled to
reimbursement of interest that she has charged me (due to her mistakes).  I appreciate your time and prompt  attention regarding this matter.   Heather Hubert
