 Mr. Rob Corle is a court appointed attorney through Benton County. Now, my fiance and I, Byan Levi Bankston was faced with a horrifying case where a girl claimed he touched her when he did not. Him and I were together when she claims this happened. Being Naive about the court systems him and i relied fully on Mr. Corle to tell us everything we needed to know and to do his job to the best he could. However, after going through this case with him, once we learned how he should've been doing his job, which of course by that time was too late, we learned how much he didn't do for us. During the five months from the time Levi was arrested until his trial, Levi obviously was asking him for his legal advice time and time again and the only response that he got was "it's not my life, its up to you". He never once gave him his legal advice, from his standpoint as an attorney in this county, or anything. Then, once we were two weeks into trial and we had an opportunity to check with a!

another lawyer to see what it is in a case like this which was TWO measure 11 charges and wrongfully so... , we learned that Mr. Corle hadn't even done ANY investigations on the case at all. He told us to our face that he wasn't going to, that its a "cut and dry case" and its better to get people on the stand so he wasn't going to investigate. Now, that the case is over, and he got wind that we realized he did not fully do his job, he has called my fiancés mother in law insisting if we find one of the witnesses (who after it was all over came up and said if there was anything he could do to let him know cuz he knew it was all a lie) he'll investigate now that its too late! I am so angry with the fact this man did not even do any investigating and i have a newborn son and my fiancé is wrongfully in prison for 8 years because of this man. We went to trial and were two days into trial before he even let us know that the Jury would not know about the 7 plea bargains my fiancé was !
