I am dealing with a lawyer who dragged the case out for the other parties favor, and more money. She has complained when i called her to repot drug abuse on the other parties behalf. After hearing the facts and evidence she never put a case together even when involving an infant! Did not stand up for me or my rights. She just SAT there, when I did all the talking while in the settlement meeting. She discouraged me from all that is Just in my case, and never looked into or followed through with anything. Including temp support from the other party and attorney. she also is very terrible at explaining the laws and guidelines. I got the impression like I was annoying her she stated my case was not that important, and she just had to much on her plate..... I had an awful experience, and still half to pay in full for WHAT? WHAT exactly did she fight for or do for my son and I or the case? Nothing!
