facts:

She was my lawyer in 2005 for a child custody case and came back to court and represented my mom against me this year (2009) (conflict of interest).

She told my mom not to allow me to see my daughter anymore. She was again set up as my court appointed attorney this month from the juvenile department in McMinnville and then said she would call them as she would not represent  me as it was a conflict of interest.

Also says that I cant have a court appointed attorney even though the juvenile department said they would.
