With this communication I file a complaint against James E. Geringer OSB 95178.

Geringer, an attorney for the Oregon State Bar states in his complaint Oregon State Bar v. A Special Day Guide, Inc., at unnumbered page, but page number 5, last paragraph, numbered [c.] (c) "Respondent's offer to transfer the infringing domain to Complainant for $10,000."

This statement is a false statement to a judicial officer by a member of your bar.

Furthermore, your bar member used subterfuge and deceit in attempts to gather evidence for this matter while portraying that settlement negotiations were ongoing and that such settlement negotiations were inadmissible (while quoting the FRE and Oregon Evidence Rules) while at the same time knowing that he would introduce any such statements before the National Arbitration Forum, where those rules would not be applicable in your bar member's view.

I will review the file on this complaint and all evidence submitted by this bar member in his defense and if he omits any evidence the Oregon State Bar he should also be charged with not cooperating with your investigation.

As this bar member is your employee or acting in a quasi employee relationship it is inappropriate for the Oregon State Bar to investigate this complaint because of obvious bias and prejudice. Therefore, please inform me of a special master or someone who is NOT a member of the Oregon State Bar who will investigate and prosecute this matter.

Sincerely,

Private Practice Attorney, Esq.

Oregon State Bar Disposition

...outline the factual basis for your conclusion that the statement...is untrue...that Mr.. Geringer knew the statement was untrue at the time he filed the complaint, and that the statement is material to the underlying dispute.

...this office will consider this matter closed."
