On the date of 10-14-08 my friend where I stay received a phone call from my attorney telling her that I needed to give him a call, within 5-10 minutes I was calling him back I got no answer so I left a message telling him I would be at home waiting on his call, so I sat home for the rest of the day. I had to use a friends  cell phone at first cause I don't have long distance and my attorney knew that. So I left my house and  went back to my girlfriends house around 6:30-7:oo pm. So on the 10-15-08 I stayed home all day I took that time off of work so I can get his call and still no call all day, I couldn't take the 16th off cause I was had already taken off the 17th for my trial, So I call him around 9:15 on10-16-08 and still no answer so I leave him a message letting him know that I really needed to talk to him and how to get a hold of me. I got home from work around 5:30 or 6 to my friend telling me that my attorney had called the house saying I had a warrant for my arrest because i!

 didn't show up at Clackamas county court to fill out papers for my trial. He could have got a hold of me on the 16th to let me know what I needed to do, so later on that night I'm not sure what time, but I get a call from my attorney telling me I had a warrant for my arrest so I had to turn myself in on the 20th and didn't get out till the 27th at 8:am I feel this was done on purpose, and so does everyone else. I have witnesses to prove what has happened I can described what has happened better in person or on the phone. Thank you for your time. I would like for him to pay for the seven days I was in jail and the 500 dollar bail I am now out again thank you for your time.
