Hello,

The lawyer Todd Hammond of Salem Oregon lied and miss lead me in my case with the VA.  I paid him on 2 occassions a totall of 5000.00  and he told me he could not represent me for 20% until I lost at my appeal and I never lost.  Now he is getting 20% of my money.   He said we did sign an agreement which I was never told about and again he told me he could not represent me at the hearing , again said the 5000.00 was for just writing the letters.  Now when I finally won my case he said the 5000.00 was for doctors which he only gave me the name of one doctor and never did anything but supply forms for the doctor to fill out.   I feel he took advantage of a Disabled Viet Nam vet and I am sure I am not the only one.
