My
complaint is about Edward Hill.
He finally returned my telephone calls about my Social Security hearing and when he was going to do for my case at 4:30 pm February 19, 2008. The case hearing was to be at 9:00 am February 20, 2008. (a few hours away!)
Edward Hill informed me he was no longer interested in represented me (for the Social Security hearing that was to take place in a few hours) and he told me to seek other counsel to represent me or request a postponement of the Social Security hearing at ODAR in Portland Oregon.
I then asked him what I owed Mr. Hill and he said, "nothing."
I then received a bill from Edward Hill for $69.98 for chk #1819 records. they still have the original copies of records because they refused to give them back to me on 2.20.08. This is padding the bill by Edward Hill. There is no need to copy records after Edward Hills (desertion). You do not need to copy papers on a claim that you are not working on and have resigned from two months earlier!
When
you still have the original document what is the point of this?. You need
$69.68 that bad Edward Hill?
