I am the Social Security attorney for CCH. Your attorney David W. Hittle of Swanson, Lathen, Alexander, McCann & Prestwich is holding my client’s records hostage.

He demands of my pauper client that he pay them the princely sum of $59.21 before Mr. CCH can obtain these crucial records. As such, attorney David W. Hittle of Swanson, Lathen, Alexander, McCann & Prestwich is harming my client.

This is a life or death type of struggle in that my client needs for me to review these records for the many mistakes made by attorney David W. Hittle of Swanson, Lathen, Alexander, McCann & Prestwich that caused an obviously disabled person to be denied his Social Security benefits and to fix the mistakes that David W. Hittle, et al., made so that I may succeed where they have failed. I need this records TODAY to help this Oregon citizen get the subsistence money he desperately requires.

Aside from the human suffering that they are causing by holding my client‘s records hostage, attorney David W. Hittle of Swanson, Lathen, Alexander, McCann & Prestwich is in violation of the Oregon Rules of Professional Conduct..
