Re: Bankruptcy fraud by Dan R. Hyatt  Case No. 10-44660-PBS

Dan R. Hyatt has filed a petition for bankruptcy and has obtained a discharge.  The filing was on June 9, 2010.

In this petition Hyatt stated in Document 9, page 6 of 41 (attached):

21.  Other contingent and unliquidated claims of every nature, including tax refunds, counterclaims of debtors, and rights to set off of claims.  Give estimated value of each

NONE  X

Hyatt was conditionally discharged from his debts in bankruptcy and retained many assets using exemptions as provided by law on June 9, 2010 by the Hon. Paul B. Snyder.

On April 29, 2011, Hyatt filed a complaint in the Tacoma US District Court stating that the United States owed him money for violating his rights and failure to protect him.  He did not state a sum but civil rights actions sometimes can reach the tens of millions of dollars.  Recently, Brandon Mayfield, Esq. received $2,000,000.00 from the United States for violation of his civil rights after his filing in US District Court recently.

Hyatt states under oath that the incidents which give rise to his federal complaint occurred “on or about April 6, 2010.” (attached)

Therefore, Dan Richard Hyatt has committed perjury to the US Bankruptcy Court and to his creditors.  He has an ability to pay back every debt and should not have received, and would not have received a discharged if he had told the truth in his petition.  (Hyatt has a long history of perjury.  He recently testified in US District Court and committed perjury approximately 5 dozen times  http://www.oregonshyster.com/shyster/hyattOSBcomplaint01132011.htm )

Therefore, the US Trustee should recover this asset from Hyatt.  The discharge should be reversed.  The Oregon State Bar should disbar Hyatt for once again, and before an entirely new tribunal, committing perjury and defrauding all of his many creditors.
