Re: criminal activity of Dan R. Hyatt

I must join the thousands of other people who are appalled by how the people of the State of Oregon and Washington are left helpless against the criminal activities of Dan R. Hyatt, your bar member and the malfeasance and misfeasance of the Oregon State Bar employees.

Do you have any self respect as a member of the legal profession?

Dan R. Hyatt committed the criminal act of coercion and conspiracy to commit coercion.  As a tool of his coercion he used the labor of Social Security employee Charlotte Blumenthal and United States tax payer facilities and personnel.  As such, Blumenthal is potentially a criminal defendant as part of the criminal coercion of Dan R. Hyatt as I pointed out before.

To “investigate” the credible complaint that Dan R. Hyatt used his office as administrative law judge to criminal coerce an attorney with 400 clients that must potentially be judged by Hyatt you have demanded that Hyatt get the co-defendant Blumenthal to admit or deny that Dan Hyatt committed criminal and that Blumenthal was a co-conspirator.

After you have this grand piece of evidence (what a surprise, she states that she is innocent of the crime conspiracy to commit coercion) and with your mandate to protect the public from rogue and lawless attorneys like Dan R. Hyatt you will now close the book on his criminal activity.

The only thing that can be done with the lawlessness and the perfidy of Dan R. Hyatt and the Oregon State Bar is to expose it to the public.

Respectfully,

Daniel A. Bernath
