Receiving and retaining stolen property by Oregon State Bar and it’s employees
To the Oregon State Bar:
I have been retained by Barry M to obtain his social security disability payments and to safeguard his continued status as a disability benefit recipient. As such I must protect his social security number from being disclosed to anyone.
Therefore, demand is hereby made that you immediately surrender the stolen US Government Property, e.g., the compact disk containing confidential medical information and social security number of Barry M to me, as his attorney, immediately.
If you do not do this I demand that you immediately surrender it to the Tigard Police Department as stolen property or to the Regional Chief Judge of Social Security for safekeeping pending the results of the investigation of administrative law judge and Oregon State Bar member Dan .
As you know, all complaints and records therein, made to the Oregon State Bar are public record and privileged. Anyone can walk into your office and demand the records on this investigation of Dan and obtain the Social Security number of my client Barry M. This is completely unacceptable and points to the extremely egregious conduct of the person within social security administration that sent Barry M’s social security number and private medical information to be potentially broadcast to anyone who demands it.
Dan R. Hyatt as an Oregon State Bar member knows that all complaint records, including Social Security numbers on these records, are public records. Again, the CD was sent anonymously indicating a consciousness of guilt.
Possessing and receiving stolen property is a crime in Oregon and I shall demand that all in possession of my client’s stolen property or the US Government’s stolen property, including employees of the Oregon State Bar, be prosecuted and be held liable in the appropriate civil court with appropriate representation in either Washington State or Oregon.

# Here, the victim of this theft of his social security number and private medical information is a Social Security recipient on Disability. He cannot work and thus is getting Social Security benefits. If his Social Security number is stolen by an illegal alien so that the alien can pretend to be an citizen and thus obtains a job in the US, then the victim Barry M will be taken off Social Security disability. It is a life or death violation as many people on Social Security Disability benefits would lose their homes and ability to feed themselves if their Social Security number is stolen.
