facts:

Jill Fox, (503-474-1455), a McMinnville lawyer represented my ex-wife LeAnn Sentz in a child support case while I was serving a 15 month tour in Iraq for the second time.  Ms. Fox was aware that I was in Iraq and as was my ex-wife.  There is a Soldier's Act that prohibits this type of action, (i.e. you can not take a soldier to court while he/she is overseas in aa combat situation).  Ms. Fox should be disbarred for her actions, as should all legalities be dropped.  My ex-wife is currently receiving child support and has always received child support which automatically comes out of my paycheck through DFAS.  My was awarded more money per month and arreages, which is WRONG.  I am in the process of seeking a lawyer at the present time.  I have been serving my country and doing what is right all my life, I have paid what was court ordered for me to pay by what was stated in my divorce decree, and thereby "doing the right thing", my name has been drugged through the mud, as well!

 as my current wifes.  Her lawyer Ms. Fox assumes that my current wife was supposed to represent me because I gave her Power of Attorney.   This is not so, my wife can not represent me in a child support/ divorce case, I did not give her Power of Attorney for this.  I feel that justice was not served, but this case will be reopened.  Please have Ms. Jill Fox held accountable for her actions.
