facts:

My name is Sam Nguyen, I am a victim of a retraining order filed against my ex-boyfriend
name Tran Thach.  He being charged with crime violation of restraining order,  the
private investigator Name Tom E Gray who worked for the defendant lawyers came to my
business not one or two times but three to four times. 

On Monday May 19th walking into my business screaming at me, calling me a perjurer and asked me to give him all the
information I need to bring to court.  I told him to leave and not to called me this and
that in front of my clients because they are going to be the witness what he just said, then
he repeated louder again. 

I felt terrible and stressed losing my clients , I am a single
mother with three children and an elderly mother this is the only incomes I bring in to
take care my kids, this PI doesn't know how much it make my business went down hill and what
he have done to me.

Ever since that happened I couldn't concentrate driving or working
every time I thought about the unprofessional way of acting of this person Tom E Gray who called himself a Private
investigators.  I wrote this letter is to report and to ask the State Bar to be involved and
