Lied to me-When I was appearing for a subpoena from the Grand Jury and I spoke with the Deputy District Attorney (Shannon M Kmetic) and she said that if I testified then she would not have my eleven year old disabled child testify. She had me testify and then she took him in to testify.

Didn't pass along crucial evidence to the court-I brought a letter with me to the Grand Jury that explained my sons disabilities so that if he was forced to testify then the Jury would understand his disabilities. Ms. Kmetic gave me the letter back and did not pass the information along to the Grand Jury.
