District Att. Will Lathrop,  Went into the hall way of the court house in Marion Co. Salem, Or. and yelled at and  threaten  witness under the age of 13 as well as other witness that were in the hall way waiting to testify that  they would be prosecuted for lying, and sent to prison for perjury.

He was so loud that Att. Jeff Jones came out of the court room, and  the bailiff from the court room across the hall also came out to help quiet him down. This is no way for a member of the court system to  act.  This was out side of Judge Hart's court room on August 18, 2009.
