To David Lowry and Carol Lowry:

When I brought my medical records to you...there was a stack 4 1/4 inches high.  I couldn't hardly even carry them.  I was dragging them in a sack.  When David Lowry came in his office, he didn't even offer to carry them for me.  He just let me finish dragging them to his office, which was very hard for me with my purse and cane too.  When I sat down Mrs. David Lowry came right in and took them.

I tried to ask Mr. David Lowry a couple of questions but he didn't answer, he just put his elbow on his desk and put his forehead in his hand and said, "Is that all of your medical records" and I said "yes" and got up and walked out...left me sitting there. 

Finally, I asked the receptionist where David Lowry was and she said "he stepped out of the office" and I should telephone David Lowry later.  I did so several times but he was always "on another line" or "out of the office" and would never return my calls.

What you returned to me was l 3/4 inches high, not even half of my medical records.

This is the third letter I have sent you trying to get my medical records from you. PLEASE, SEND THE REST OF MY MEDICAL RECORDS.

Mr. David Lowry, I am so sick of being tricked, manipulated, questions not answered, lied to and denied my medical records from you David Lowry and Mrs. Lowry.  I can't take any more.  I am just about to have a nervous break-down over all this.  I worked very hard to get the medical records for you.  But they are mine, please return all of them.

When I talked to Mrs. David Lowry she was always snotty, rude and mad at me and told me I didn't have any right to fire David Lawyer and still flat refused to send my medical records.

I had several more very upsetting conversations with the David Lowry's which left me shaking, crying, scared and confused and still no answers to my questions...and still refusing to send my medical records

Mrs. David Lowry told me "ouch!  Judge Atkins would deny you and you would lose for sure because judges have a tendency to just step over people like because you are not smart enough to understand the legal terminology."  So by now I am crying so hard and so scared and confused and upset that I had to hang up because I started throwing up and my head was hurting so bad that I couldn't think and I was shaking so bad I could hardly hang on to the phone.

So later that day I called Hermie (of Social Security Court) and she told me that the judges were not against me and that Judge Atkins was a very good and very fair judge.

The David Lowry's had lied to me and caused me so much undue stress that I was getting sick from it and losing sleep and throwing up from nervousness.

(I talked to another attorney) he also explained to me what a lawyer's procedures should be and that Mr. David Lowry was certainly unethical and unprofessional and that I had the right to have these matters investigated.  So I called the Oregon State Bar...and (the Oregon State Bar) told me that David Lowry had at least 15 complaints against him.

I am so tired and stressed and confused and disgusted with David Lowry I just want to go to sleep and die.  I can't take much more.  I am too tired.

I knew that David Lowry had bare faced lied to me again.  He pushed some big long blue sheets of paper in front of me and said "read this" knowing that I can't read well.  (My friends) helped me read it, while David Lowry sat there just like a bump on a log with his elbow on the table and his forehead in his hand rubbing his head, looking disgusted.

I had to stand up several times as I was hurting so bad I could not sit any longer. Still trying to sign and initial, my hand and arm was cramping and I keep dropping my pen and losing my coordination.  I asked David Lowry if my Mother could initial for me and I could try to sign my name (by now I was crying).  David Lowry just raised his head out of his hand and said "NO YOU HAVE TO DO IT!"  I told David Lowry I couldn't write any more.

Mr. David Lowry had tricked me again.

(At the Social Security Supplemental Hearing) Judge asked asked David Lowry some questions and again David Lowry tried to butter (Judge Atkins) up and said that we (David Lowry and myself) had "resolved all our differences."   David Lowry was bare faced lying (to Judge Riley Atkins)  David Lowry made me sick.

Then Judge Atkins asked me some questions so I just told him the truth.  I was very upset and scared.  But at least people would hear some of how badly Mr. and Mrs. David Lowry treat other people.  It was worth my loss (not getting Social Security benefits) just to have someone know about how Bad some people in the system treat other people just because they have the power and certificate to do so.

(After the hearing at Social Security) a man asked me to come to another room and gave me a piece of paper to get another lawyer and also the number of the Oregon State Bar.

I think that David Lowry is mad at me for telling Judge Atkins the truth and Judge Atkins helped me.  (Thank God someone listened)

I truly feel that if David Lowry had not lied to me and if he had handled my case in a proper and respectful manner I would not be going through all this extra pain and suffering that I am going through now.
