File Size: 2 KBNosey paralegal of McGinty gets client complaint

Richard McGinty dumps the Social Security client

5.8.2001

Richard McGinty was representing me for Social Security Disability and he gave up on me because me and my fiancée put a complaint in on his paralegal W.

On May 7th, 2001, W. who is the paralegal for Richard F. McGinty, called to ask my fiancée A.M.R. about why we were both excluded from the Salem Area Transit.

During the conversation Wendy asked AMR “was somebody possibly protecting you from your fiancée?” AMR said, “No” Wendy then asked A if her fiancée was abusing her, and again A said, “no”. After the two women got off the phone, I called McGinty’s office and complained about W.

If (McGinty’s paralegals) want to help women in abused situations, then she should work for the DA’s Office or the Women’s Crisis Center.

I need him to represent me and now he refuses to represent me.

Richard McGinty needs to lose his license to practice law.
