Hello my name is Tim Wieting and my wife  is Vicki.

 We hired Myron J. Gitnes, to represent us in a grandparent custody case. We paid $ 5,200.00 . We got ripped in court, Myron filed incorrectly the first time. Then he filed again, then recommended we unfile, and then told us our son Tyler should take this case to another  attorney. We have called his office and faxed him for months with no response.  There was a private investigator  involved we asked if she got paid out of the funds she replied yes, and provided us with invoices. I finally got Myron's secretary  on the phone She said he had not figured it out yet, that was a  long time ago.  We have never received  an invoice of any kind[ in over a year ]. At this point our son Tyler has very strong case with the new attorney,  And we all feel very confident with the new attorney. But we are still out $ 5,200.00.

However in the mean time for the last year our grand kids have been left in an unhealthy home, full of neglect, and spankings that leave red marks and bruises , we have the pic’s. Our sons new attorney is saying that this case should have been done a year ago, because of  the overwhelming amount of evidence. We have paid out as a family determined to save these kids over $ 25,000.00. We can not afford to fight an attorney in court over fee’s. I am disabled and on a fixed income.
