Each time that I have phoned your office, which is more than five times I have spoken with someone who interrupts me and says they will call me back, however as of today I have never gotten a return phone call from a single person at your office. Mid December I phoned your office and told them of my brother’s most recent updates, the CT showed a tumor at the carotid artery, he had been placed on hospice with a diagnosis of 80 days or less (he will be dead in 80 days).

I was told your office could file for an expedited hearing and Scott would call me back because he was out of the office that day. (days later) I still had not heard from Scott. I phoned your office asking to speak with you and transferred to Scott. I asked him the status of my brother’s claim and he informed me that it was “unworked but assigned”. Apparently he had read a little further into in my brother’s file and informed me that he needed to speak with an attorney and would call me back.

As of today, five days later I have not gotten a return phone call. I understand that you are a high volume attorney but my brother needs an attorney that will actually do his job.

It is a tragedy that our family has to deal with the incompetence of your office while we are trying our very best to give my brother the very best Hospice care possible. During these last few days we have been with him, we should not have to seek another legal representative, nor should we have to deal with the status of my brother’s claim being “unworked but assigned”.

Last but certainly not least, my brother has other matters to attend to in his final days other than concerning himself with you and your staff not doing your job.
