This complaint is being filed on the behalf of Merrill Schneider and Beth Creighter. This complaint is being filed on the gross ethics and lack of professionalism the above attorneys displayed. They did nothing but mess up my life and my case. It should not go unheard or unpunished.

April 8.

I was called into Merrill Schneider’s office for a meeting on oral arguments that took place on the 6th of April. Owning $6000, Merrill Schneider advised me to find another attorney because he was leaving the profession in about four months.

 

April 22, . I received a phone call from Merrill Schneider this morning asking me what my bottom dollar was in settling my case.

 

March 01,

I was called into Merrill Schneider’s office by Beth Creighton to sign my Hardship Deferral Mediation program for the Court of Appeals. Being that she made a mess of the second summary judgment, unprepared and lacking facts, with no rebuttal from our side. When I was signing the hardship form, she pointed out in front of the  notary public of my zero income, laughing about it. I was stunned and walked out, telling them “Yes, that’s right… and that’s not my fault.” I also told Merrill Schneider that I was very unhappy about the outcome of the summary judgment. Telling Merrill Schneider that I retained him as my attorney, not the people working below him. He said that he hated all the paperwork involved in this case.

July 30,

Merrill Schneider called me up today wanting to know where his portion of my unemployment was. I said to Merrill Schneider that my ex wife was getting 25% and that it didn’t leave me with much. Merrill Schneider demanded that I bring the money into his office immediately. “What do you think this is, a charity I’m running here?” , yelling at me on the phone the entire time.

“If you don’t bring money to me by tomorrow at 11:00am, I will have nothing to do with your case, do you hear me?”

From this point on, he would not return my phone calls. He left it up to Beth Creighton, turning everything over to her.
