This Oregon lawyer committed malpractice: Merrill Schneider

I LMH am terminating the services of Merrill Schneider.

The reason for this is;
 

bulletneglect, fraud-misrepresentation, incompetence.
 
bullet You lost my case for 8 months due to one of your employees negligence.
 
bulletYou never called me to check in.
 
bulletYou made promises you did not keep (child support division).
 

 

I feel you don't have my best interest in mind and cannot continue doing business with your law office.

You're fired!

Merrill Schneider law office is extremely dysfunctional. I received 5 to 10 phone calls in 2 years. No work was being done on my case from Schneider at all.

An employee handling my case put it in a desk drawer for 8 months. (Merrill Schneider) lost my file for 8 months Very incompetent, dysfunctional, neglectful, misleading, misrepresentation of their business.

My disability case was severely neglected by Merrill Schneider. As a person that is ill it is hard enough that I trusted them and they took advantage of my situation. Merrill Schneider didn't do anything on my case for 2 years. No records pulled, no phone calls, nothing. They were not out for my best interest.

Shame on Merrill Schneider.
