I was shocked to find out you were not punished in any way for your lying on your application to the bar (to become an Oregon lawyer) and (for lying to) the judge. 

To me, this was a serious action you decided to make.  I would not have trusted you in any way.  Verbally you are abusive, but when you write letters you are cordial.  When I collected the information from your file at the Oregon State Bar (I showed the fee agreement you had me sign) to another attorney.

(The other attorney) said according to Oregon Revised Statutes 20.340, for one thing it does not have a clause about rescinding the contract nor did anyone explain to me the terms and conditions of the agreement (in compliance with a model prepared by the Oregon State Bar), a reasonable time before the agreement was signed.

(The other attorney) stated the contract (you had me sign) was void able.

...you stated my remedy would be to write Social Security protesting (your attorney fee).

The mechanism to protect the public against dishonest people in Oregon DOES NOT WORK.

Merrill Schneider "thanked" for his "honesty" about his previous dishonesty to judge and Oregon State Bar.  There was no discipline administered against Merrill Schneider for lying to get his lawyer license about dropping LSD, smoking marijuana while a lawyer, getting arrested in a foreign country for drug possession and lying about it to the judge and Oregon State Bar, etc.
