...this demonstrates JoEllen Shannon's level of incompetence and negligence in her practice.

The discrepancy points to Rosemary Foster's ineptness, incompetence and lack of professionalism. I object to any claim for attorney fees for Rosemary Foster.

My husband and I had sent JoEllen Shannon several documents as they pertained to my diagnosis in an attempt to help her understand my case.   It was my husband that helped JoEllen Shannon interpret the medical terminology for mental illnesses and how they apply to my case individually.

Clearly JoEllen Shannon did not understand my case and made several comments to be about "how difficult it was."

In short, JoEllen Shannon did not have the knowledge to properly represent me.

JoEllen Shannon and Rosemary Foster's lawyering; my case was handled poorly and negligently by both JoEllen Shannon and Rosemary Foster and JoEllen Shannon and Rosemary Foster's ability to effectively represent me was severely handicapped by their lack of professionalism, ineptness and misrepresentation.
