facts:

Conflict of Interest in 2005 with DHS; his wife worked there while he represented  Cynthia
Tuel, who also worked there at that time.

Numerous Contempt of Court charges against Cynthia Tuel that were  dismissed and her
attorney fees are now to be paid for Michael Tuel.  (She could never do anything wrong in
the eyes of the court.  My opinion)  She's the one that kicked Michael out of the house so
she could see her convicted sex offender  boyfriend.

Cynthia Tuel never paid child support to my son, Michael Tuel, in the 3 1/2 years he had
the children.  In the final disposition she still does not have to pay him for the time he
had the children.  He has to pay her child support and he had to pay her child support
before DHS took the children away from her.

He should at least be given a 3 1/2 year reprieve of any child support since he didn't get
any.

He should not have to pay her attorney for her contempt of court charges.  She will do
whatever she wants and not  even get a slap on the hand.

Now Tuthill is trying to get my son to pay for the divorce.

It appears there is some sort of collusion in the Justice Department and the Good Old Boy
system  in the small town of Tillamook.

Please investigate Case #043109 and stamp this and email the date you stamped it and the
results of the investigation to me.

Michael's attorney is Nancy Nordlander, and I don't think she is capable against Tuthill.

I previously  sent you an email with information from the small town in California with a
corrupt Justice System.  I didn't give any attorney names in that email, but I did give a
Case #.

Michael's attorney said he should appeal, as he has reason to appeal.  After spending
$75,000 in the 3 1/2 years, who has money to appeal.  It there someone who will take an
appeal on a pro-bono or contingency fee basis?  What would be the cost of contingency
fees.

Time is of the utmost matter as an appeal has to be filed by February 4.

I would like a response that you are looking into this matter.

Thank you,
Pauline Teron
