This Oregon lawyer dumped me, leaving me helpless.
facts:

After a year sitting on the a malpractice file, he encouraged me to file since I lost all
my assets in an elder financial exploitation matter. I recently had a stroke and he
informed me, he cannot continue without pay,  and dropped a contingency malpractice lawsuit in my lap.

He refuses to return my original file to me unless I pay $100.oo and refuses to account for the amount of
$2,500.00 I paid as an advance fee.

I am homebound and unable to help myself, let alone Pick up my file or pay
the 100.00 he requests, when he has 2,500.oo unaccounted for. How do these individuals
operate lawfully?
