facts:

tod wortley(worthless) took my divorce because I was in a bind from mike broker who dumped me to go on vacation.  i presented him with a file of evidence from anything such as hiding assets to safe deposit boxes to wage earning documents. in arbitratration hearings ,three of them he was not prepared to represent me adequately .additionally he lied to me about the settlement, not explaining the full agreement and its implications costing me at least$100,000.the case was finalized on dec 15,2008.on that date all pertinent paper work and documents were to be prepared for both parties to sign and ex change per his instructions to the judge as of this date those documents still are not complete and recorded costing me hundreds in interest every day.  thankyou.

he is guilty of all the above offences except for having sex with me even though i got screwed.
